User Accounts

Account Creation

Ticket Purchases

Purchase Terms

When you purchase tickets through our platform:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Ticket availability is not guaranteed until purchase is confirmed

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. TicketJam facilitates refunds as directed by event organizers but is not responsible for refund decisions. In the event of a cancelled event, refunds will be processed according to the organizer's policy.

Event Organizer Terms

If you use our platform as an event organizer, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Honor all tickets sold through our platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance for your events
• Handle customer service inquiries related to your events

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Resell tickets in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Use automated systems to access our platform without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by TicketJam and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketJam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketJam, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
